MECHANICAL STRESS ANALYSIS
Mechanical integrity engineering is a speciality we offer in conjunction with machine design or separately as dedicated for our Customer machine. Usualy, in project we combine both analytical and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) methods.


Analytical method of calculations is based on mechanical equations and can be used to calculate regular sections under less complicated load cases.
FEA method needs to be used for calculations of complex shapes where simplified analytical method can't show acurate results.
Surprisingly, reliable construction don't need to be robust. Very often it is a matter of proper shape that does't cause stress concentration. If you are struggling with some persistent cracks, malfunctions, deformations, the thorough stress analysis can help to find proper solutuion and make your machine reliable.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
There are many cases where some new parts or modules need to fit to an existing assembly of machine or spare, or modified parts nee to be assembled to existing machine and fit properly. In such cases we do so called Reverse Engineering. It means that the existing part or assembly needs to me measured and modelled (sometimes drawn as well) and after reverse engineering we are able to extend the design.
