Our company offers design services for special projects starting from concept to manufacturing. We deal with product feasibility studies, modeling, production drawings as well as commercial material. We can design bespoke machinery that can't be bought on the open market. We will help to develop, execute tests and improve your new concept or existing machine. Our well organized team offers 3D modeling, 2D manufacturing drawings of the machinery and mechanical (stress, static) calculations.

We do also prepare hydraulics and pneumatics as well as electrical systems.

MECHANICAL STRESS ANALYSIS

Mechanical integrity engineering is a speciality we offer in conjunction with machine design or separately as dedicated to our Customer machine. Usually, in the project we combine both analytical and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) methods.

The analytical method of calculations is based on mechanical equations and can be used to calculate regular sections under less complicated load cases.

FEA method needs to be used for calculations of complex shapes where simplified analytical method can't show accurate results.

Surprisingly, reliable construction doesn't need to be robust. Very often it is a matter of proper shape that doesn't cause stress concentration. If you are struggling with some persistent cracks, malfunctions, deformations, the thorough stress analysis can help to find proper solution and make your machine reliable.

REVERSE ENGINEERING

There are many cases where some new parts or modules need to fit an existing assembly of machine or spare, or modified parts need to be assembled to an existing machine and fit properly. In such cases, we do so-called Reverse Engineering. It means that the existing part or assembly needs to be measured and modeled (sometimes drawn as well) and after reverse engineering, we are able to extend the design.
